Shipping policy

We ship via USPS (First Class or Priority)

Standard processing time is 7 to 10 BUSINESS days. NO ORDER IS PROCESSED THE SAME DAY. The NEXT BUSINESS day is when processing begins. Business days are Mon-Fri. If you order on the weekend, your order will start processing the next BUSINESS day. We will process orders as quickly as possible. We thank you in advance for your patience. If you need an item for a special event, please email us and we will try our best to work something out.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Meteor Jump cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control including but not limited to severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Delays may be experienced during high volume times such as HOLIDAYS. Please note USPS is currently experiencing delays regionally and nationwide so we thank you for your patience.  

Once your order has SHIPPED, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Meteor Jump cannot be held accountable once packages are successfully delivered and once the package is in possession of the postal service.
