Due to COVID-19 and the health and safety of our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items are made to order and as a result we CANNOT process size changes. Please be sure to check the size chart before processing your order or send us an email for any questions. All items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds on items that have been processed and shipped.
If an error was made on our end, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will try our best to fix the issue.
You can always contact us for any questions at support@merchanaire.com. Please allow 24hrs for a response. Emails on NON BUSINESS days, (SATURDAY & SUNDAY) will resume the on the following BUSINESS day. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
